A Powerful Universe

Power as a mantra is the overall theme of this year's collection.

The urge to create, the desire of life and to feel like being crude and tender, at the same time, are ever returning sources of inspiration.

The down-to-earth is created by the wonderful qualities in silk, cashmere, leather, and cotton.

The structures are induced by the combinations of something smooth and something furry - like when mohair knit is regarded against the smooth, almost liquid, silk satin. Or like an old twisted tree trunk meeting an adorable little sprout on its way.

What is more powerful than wood? Wood can be used as a functional tool; wood can be used to create heat; wood can be used to create art; and woods are necessary for the life on Earth.

The colours are also kept in the soft wood colours like mole, charcoal, moss, beige and dusty coral.

The shape is sharp edged, focussing on shoulders and waist. Many details, but a simple and slightly cool expression, which is tender and crude, but never without charm.
